About the event
Since 2004, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has held an annual scientific conference where humanitarian workers, academics, health professionals and other leaders of the scientific and medical-humanitarian community come together to present research, showcases, exchange experiences and knowledge. For the first time, the Brazil office, in partnership with other offices and partners of the organization in the region, held the MSF Scientific Days Latin America. The event has the same objective as the exchange of initiatives, the debate on research and innovation from the front line of humanitarian action.
In 2019, the program had the theme of Sexual and Reproductive Health as the main focus of the discussions and will feature experts from different regions of Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, Lebanon, South Africa and Mozambique.
